Description
Layers is a San Francisco longevity and appearance clinic. We are adding a part-time technologist to run our bone density scanner and related basic imaging for self-pay clients.
What you will do
- Perform DEXA body composition and bone density scans with correct positioning and safety
- Screen and prep clients, explain the scan, and keep records accurate and private
- Keep equipment clean and report any issues
- Work with our physician partner and clinic team
Schedule: Part-time, flexible shifts. Per-diem or W-2 open.
Pay: $40-60/hr depending on credential

Requirements
- Current California CDPH Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certificate, or a current CDPH X-ray Technician DEXA limited permit. We verify it in CDPH's lookup before your first scan.
- Hands-on DEXA or bone densitometry experience preferred
- Professional, reliable, good with clients
